If you contact us by email or through our online form then we will use any personal information you provide only for the purpose of responding to your query. This may require us to share information with other departments and other councils listed above. Once we have responded to your query your personal information will be deleted. Your query may be added to our Frequently Asked Questions pages but no identifiable information will be included.

Council changes survey

If you complete our council changes survey then you will be asked to provide certain personal information (such as your age, ethnicity and postcode) for the purpose of allowing us to properly analyse the results of the survey. We won’t use this information to identify you and we won’t sell it or you use it for any other purpose. 

If you are interested in being part of a focus group and provide us with an email address we will only use this to contact you about taking part in a focus group.  

We may share any personal data you provide with the other councils listed above but only in connection with analysing and learning from the findings of this survey and not for any other purpose.
